Power Skating Camp with Coach Kouznetsov of the Philadelphia Flyers

Registration is now open for our power skating camp run by Philadelphia Flyers skating coach Viatcheslav "Slava" Kouznetsov. This camp will focus on conditioning, skating for power, balance while shooting and puck handling. Each day will open with off-ice conditioning followed by two on-ice sessions. An off-ice lecture on various fitness, hokcey and conditioning topics will be presented each afternoon between on-ice sessions.

Each participant will be responsible for providing a sack lunch and personal water bottle(s).

When: July 26th - 30th

Times: 9:00am - 5:00 pm

Where: Weibel Rink, Saratoga Springs (please note change in venue)

Who: 1999-1996 birth years

Cost: $320 (skaters); $120 (goalies)
