11/06/09. Coach Mac is back with us next week to continue our Goalie Instruction Segment! This is listed on the schedule.

>11/06/09. A Great Big Thank You to George Sporing aka "Dr. George", Phantoms Trainer, for taking the time to lecture the boys last night! Lot of good info for the boys regarding nutrition and fitness. Good stuff. We hope to have George back a few times during the course of the season.

>10/29/09. Great skate last night with Coach Viatcheslav (Slava) Kouznetsov, Flyers Skating Coach. Coach Slava will be back with us again later this month. Check back for details!

>10/16/09. Coach Mac will be working with the goalies for six dates in October and November. Please check schedule for details.

>10/15/09. Don't forget our equipment drive. Contact Directors Jeff Gulock or Bob Flansburg if you have equipment to donate!

>10/14/09. Coach Torantino is putting together an off-ice conditioning package for the boys. He will distribute shortly.

>9/12/09. As we continue to raise our conditioning level, please remember to allow your bodies extra rest i.e it is important that you are getting to bed early and getting at least 8-10 hours of sleep each night.
